Working in such a big organization is a big deal for me. This organization has given me a lot so far and will continue to give. Such as self development. And the organization's culture, facility and policy are very heavy. As we hear that l&t is number one company in the world then it is true because employees facalities and policies. But I want to work in my own native place. Organization should think about that.

No Increment After Completion Of 1 YearCompany Need Only Work No Rest Time To Employees.Engineer Works More Than 12 Hours No Overtime To Them & No Extra Leave While Working More than 12 hours
