Work culture is fantastic.No work pressure, u will get ample amount of time to complete the assignment.Salary structure can be revised for lower grade employees.Job role for freshers can be given based on their degree.WFH allowance is not there so it can be provided.

Not much employee benefits or many projects with learning curve. Just a consultancy to many tier 1 companies. The salary hikes are very less and employees in top hierarchy exert stringent job culture
