WLB depends on project and manager.Learning depends on individual.Pay is very low compared to market.Almost management cries to pay the employees with decent percentage.No value for employees staying from long time.salary equals to fresher salary in anyother organization.Laterals can get higher hike when joining and also can forget about salary hike in upcoming years !!!

Since it's a CMMI Level 5 Company you can expect things to be very well structured and organised. A recommendable place for learning and growth as well as good compensation.
Pros
Supportive Managers, Helpful Teammates, Highly paced environment where everyone is hungry to perform.
