I really like to work with L'oreal. I had learn lot's of things from L'oreal. Even I understand how to handle people in the different markets. How to teach people with love & care. I enjoy working with L'oreal some times I missed that time. I really missed L'oreal.

I really respect L’Oréal and my seniors.

I joined L’Oréal in September 2013 as a trainee BA and i really respect my job and my superiors they teach me everything I can’t even imagine my journey was really really amazing with L’Oréal.I promoted as a L’Oréal beauty adviser in july 2015 after 1 year in may 2016 i promoted as a Supervisor. That was really proud moment for me. December 2019 was my last month of work in L’Oréal because of happily getting married in January 2020. I’m worth it !😊

in this Company, there is no respect of junior employee and HR is also too Careless. Junior level employee has to much stress and nobody wants understand his/her problems. biggest issue in time management in this company

fun place, good culture

competitive but fun place to work with. people driven company and not process driven, freedom to work, very french culture centric, difficult to understand in 1st year but great once you get the hang of the culture

productive and fruitful work

It was good working over there as i got chance to learn many things and also some skills were also developed. I was able to learn how to work together and to motivate the coworkers, likewise i learned that it is very important to stay calm and treat our customers in the best way we can.

Good work culture

Open work culture allowed us to think out of the box and not SOP driven company. Flexible work timings and open office helped in networking with inter-department.

Non productive

The company is supportive of those who are from Management colleges and are promoted ASAP though those who work for 10 years rarely get promoted. In the end, they are told to leave the company.

Work life balanced. Over all coperative culture. Work at times u may find slow but that's fine .. Over all I feel if one has proved his or her capabilities and work speaks then , organization is also very much collaborative .. so in nutshell I r work should speak for your self...my experience was very good and I did not grow but throughly enjoyed working at LTI
