Provide decent pay compared to location. Management is poor and so much restrictive. No new learning as company is still working on age old technologies.
with this job i learned & achieve my goal and start doing job in p p savani group & its my dream to come in this position, my boss is very great & in p p savani group my boss mr. mahesh savani si very great.
management is very rude and no PF or other benefits. work culture is worst, employees are treated with humiliation and insult. no work life balance. saturdays are working, except 3rd saturday.

I learned to manage multiple tack with very balanced way.
My are friendly, we have fun trips,partys, together lunch.
We have monthly twice Cp to rivew your work, dicussion with developer.

For month employee has to do 8:30 hrs.
Lemon Technologies is good place to work. Company is engaged in developing diamond inventory ERP system.
I have learned new things in current job like how to work on cloud base ERP.
1) Nice workplace to develop skills
2) Great place to have experience on projects
