What is the best part of working at the company?Human being operated by technology, even 1 second you can't get to relax. Store operates in half manpower because every month new joiner left the job & keep this cycle going on. Store & company operates on third party application & data. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?The whole day is stressful due all stores working on half manpower. Nobody is cares of employees. Only store and company has to grow to save management job. They called welcome to Rocket🚀 ship. That speed no one can handle except technology. Work, life, salary unbalanced. Stop fool innocent people in the name of career. Incentive is for to deduct shrinkage from it. Shrinkage happens due to non security of products and store. Store cleaning by store sales team & Store incharge called as manager. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Management Not accepting the truth & reality. Even they know it. Only process to be followed & seniors keep their collor tight to show the results. Seniors every day struggle to show the results to save their jobs. Under high work pressure seniors keep download it to down the line at the very worst levels to save their job.What is a typical day like for you at the company?How time goes & day end you wondering. Very busy & happy day.

l learn from lenskart which is never forget but Lenskart management never appreciated the employee who work hard how support when there was no staff and never gave you growth. But yes after you leave the job because of some family problems ,with the HR approvel. management will make falls stock duction on your name and call you for payment different different no. Hares you mentally..I never recommend to my any friend sit home but never join lenskart
