A good place to work. People are co-operative. Not much work pressure. However, technical stagnancy can be there if not allocated to right project.

The company is very flexible in the work schedule. The job need to be done in the right way is more important than finishing it. There are different products which needs continuous maintenance and feature additions where the teams will work. Otherwise a relaxed place to work.

Work life balance is high. Most of the members are trying to get into a project driven by US head office not by local managers. US counter part is very very good .Local Managers are biased to specific members. Non-tech managers are difficult to handle. Feedback of an employee gets carry forwarded. He does not get any chance to prove once again.

Very Good Company to Work. Work life balance is very good. This is a product compnay so the technical work is pretty solid.
This is a permanent job.
Many Things I learnt from here like the following -
- Microsoft PoerBI
- Virtualization VMWare
- f5 Load balancer
