Poor management no one bothered about your progress. Doesn't have any skill development plan for employees. Always ready to put unnecessary pressure on employees

Great place to work !

Management also good, they always listen to their employees. Time to time increment as per employees ability Here I learned many things,I learned direct sales, marketing,managing and good relations with customers which helps me to make permanent customers. Yes, I learned many things and still I love LG Company and its products because I worked here around 2 to 3 years of my life.
