All we need to just work hard for minimum 10-12 hr daily. Hr also not responsive against complaint.Not at all work life balance. Also there is alot of work for appretices guy. They do all work just on thinking that after some period company will take on them on roll position but that not happens and they left for better future and hr get another condidate to do work for other on roll positions of engineer.
