Highly bureaucratic and rigid organisation, high pressure and the HR is inconsiderate. They call you to work even on holidays. The attrition is very high but still no employee friendly policies are in place

Work life balance is compromised due to excessive pressure. LG's culture is based upon innovation so lot of new things can be learned and life does not gets saturated due to monotonous working. management keeps every employees on toes which actually develops a winning attitude towards employees

Company where you can learn a lot regarding dealer management, vendor management, BTL activities, store MOT, manpower handling.... But with this all it demands time & a lot of hard work.. You will get a lot of exposure to things, open door policy is there in this organisation. One thing you can't expect is work life balance & good culture. For sales it is a dream company to be with because of good incentive structure.

My day would start with a sales report of all the Air Conditioners sold, calling up Area Managers for any new inquiries and followup of old one with Area managers and direct Inquiries, plan for production, Meeting with clients and calling up low side job areas in evening to find how much work has been finished.. I learn t how to find new inquiries and contact points for creating more business for LG. Management always gave an open hand in taking decision of price and quantity Co- workers were fun to work with as they were all very helpful Hardest part of a job would be to negotiate with management on quantities if it would hamper trade business Worked as a change agent and with this profile I could even change management views about any issue with people and their jobs and bring in a change for long working hours
