A very long working hours seems to be difficult but as long as work environment is filled with good relationships and supportive in nature its always a good place to work that kind of a environment there at our company. Colleagues are like friends who helps each other in the difficult situations. Apart from the work there are outings, fun activities where employees and their families participate which makes they are part of the company. Due to distance and different cultures at branches there is a lack of communication to Head office and HR where improvement requires. HR located at Head Office so personal growth of the employees and their grievances were neglected little bit.
