Poor Experience

So much political environment. Top management are the worst people and very careless about the personal life balance of employees. As well as they don't care about what an employee did. They having 11 different KPI's been nobody in this earth can met all of it at once. These are just their strategies to always keep the employees in pressure. Off role employees never promoted and retire as off role. The in-time is 7:40 but there is no out time even till 9-11pm daily.

Lots of calls Learned managing customers, typing, registration. Management was good. Workplace was little bit noisy as it is call center. The hardest part of the job was handling the angry customer. The enjoyable part was the break (cause of too much of calls) and friends their at LG.
