I had a great time working in such a reputed and best organisation. The Employees committed to great service and were very friendly and supportive. The atmosphere was awesome and I definitely liked that company around got beautiful views. Most importantly, they help each other to grow.

Has it's ups and downs

Certain management are helpful, but too much office politics, favoritism, backbiting, no work-life balance. Feedback will be taken, but not implemented, complaints about senior management is addressed at times, but your name will be mentioned and then you get targeted, and then it becomes a case of should you just keep issues to yourself and work (un)productively, or bring up issues and then have to face the music and let it affect your work. Office politics are rampant, and hard working employees are often left feeling frustrated, but in a dilemma as to how to move forward, be it working in an unhealthy environment or leaving the job..handling calls is very stressful, as there is a limited time to attend calls, and way too many calls in a day come in, emails are also high in number, at times, so many, that new emails are delayed in getting responses, and people from other LOBS will be required to join in for either calls or emails when volumes get high.. However, if you have a TL/manager who is understanding, then consider yourself lucky.

Was given a whole project to do within 2 months which made my work a bit difficult to manage. Work distribution wasn't even. First 2 months were boring as I wasn't given the right guidance to proceed with my work.
