The management was very supportive towards the growth hygiene. However, the time frame was stretched no matter what on a daily basis. Unfortunately post company closure, the employees FNF are still pending and there is nobody to reach out.

Most unethical place to work at.

Most disorganized management, I have pending salary of about almost 2 years, still not credited. They have no work ethics, no proper work timings, they make you over-work like crazy, and don't even pay you the exact amount for your hard work. Please do not work here.

Company policy keeps on changing continuously.

Failed. To fullfill the norms. No batches for teacher due to student shortage. You can be fired any moment.lots of deduction .poor increment structure. Maximum deduction in the compensation.power rest in the hand of AM

I was working as a Senior Manager in Delivery Success. The culture of the organisation was well balanced. Opinions were heard and respected.It was a great place to work at.

Fast paced and Sales oriented

They were crazy about sales. Not the best work culture I had seen. Life was indeed tough for people in sales. Other departments were there just for the sake of it. Not much scope for growth if you are not into sales.

Worst company ever

Lido is a worst company to work in ever, they cheat their employees and then fire them when they get benifits from them within an year, i would never recommend anybody to work there.

Stressful to work

I worked there for around 3 months and it was stressful. Almost no leaves, Late night meetings, no fixed hours of work. We even worked for 13-14 hours in a row. Sudden changes in rules and regulations every week. Even after leaving the job, I didn't receive my full and final settlement even after 90 days. The only good part was that I got my salary on time.

Competitive Work Culture

If you are in the content team you got to have content at your fingertips. You should be self-manager and ready to take initiative. The CEO is fantastic and always available for his employees.

It is a worst organization

It is a worst organization I have ever seen, no upper management, no policies, no set pattern to work, pathetic work culture, no customer care support for clients, they just only making fool to public, Refund policy has no existence, one day they just close company all of sudden without intimating any employee.

Worst organization with wrost management

You wont get to learn anything just work like machines for 12 hours. Dont join if u want to learn something as u will only get stress in this organisation

If you want to use your brain in your job, don't join this company.

Incompetent/Dishonest top management. They never gather insights from employees and repeatedly make huge blunders.Middle management are puppets and simply pass-on decisions made by the top management.The lower strata is expected to accept changes (usually wrong decisions), do the extra work and also suffers the brunt of every wrong decision taken.


CTC is good.


Company is dying and they won't pay for 90days.

It was good, productive and efficient to work.

Am satisfied with the work and pay for the class. In pandemic LIDO is the only source wic help me a lot till now. Also, providing more incentives features wic make us to motivate a lot.

Must Read

First they just took one round which is just normal short call with introduction, which is not right according to the rule. Secondly they provide us incorrect information to tell the customer which is not right but have to because the call was recorded. Third thing after completing their target they just throw you without any reason, such an unprofessionalbehaviour. I been working more then 3 months and they change the script more than 10 times just for faking with customers to sell their products and also transferingemployees in every second week and sometimes its notgood for employees mentalhealth statement and will affect their performance but also effects to the organisation. Verypoor management they should took some workshop regarding how to do work to make successful organisation.




Working hours is 12 hr, which they told 9 hrs

There is worst environment nd working culture.and there is bad decision makers and without any notice whenever out from job All experience is too bad in this comapny and please not join the Lido if u will join Lido it's means u r spoil your future

Very bad

They have no management whatsoever..they don’t pay you.. they maintain non professional hygiene..they don’t have any straight answers to your questions..all they expect you to do is work..

Productive and fun with work

I enjoyed working at Lido. It's an amazing place to grow with kids. The platform provided to teach was also easy to manage and teach kids. Overall experience is really great. I would highly recommend Lido.

Fun place to WFH.

I joined LIDO as an Academic Manager. For this position it is a WFH job. They have good salary structure and benefits. They have good policies and the management is also supportive as well

An organization to avoid

Inexperienced management with a talent for misleading their own employees. A signed agreement has no sanctity and you can expect frequent changes to your terms of engagement. No ethics - going back on commitments is very routine. Lack of experience and vision leads to frequent experiments and this trial and error method is very demolarizing for the team.Management does not have the foresight so predict the disastrous impact of thier frequent changes to the work culture. Overburdening staff with more and more tasks.

Worst work policy and stressful work environment.

I was selected in the company after a telephonic interview, attended post interview presentation and believe me, it was the worst experience attending a presentation. They consumed whole day making us sit in a room and telling us how to fool a parent or in other words how to loot. When it came to work policy it was more depressing, they laid certain set of conditions in order to get paid. You have to onboards at least 5 clients a day in order to earn a half day, minimum 8 clients a day in order to earn a full day. Anything less than 5 to be considered absent for the day.


There is no pros about this company, i got this frustrated without onboarding this organization.

Worst company

Guys don't go for this company ever. Fake promises and you have to work for 14 hours in a hectic environment. Managers are not good they will be torchering you all the time.
