The management was very supportive towards the growth hygiene. However, the time frame was stretched no matter what on a daily basis. Unfortunately post company closure, the employees FNF are still pending and there is nobody to reach out.

Worst company ever

Lido is a worst company to work in ever, they cheat their employees and then fire them when they get benifits from them within an year, i would never recommend anybody to work there.

Stressful to work

I worked there for around 3 months and it was stressful. Almost no leaves, Late night meetings, no fixed hours of work. We even worked for 13-14 hours in a row. Sudden changes in rules and regulations every week. Even after leaving the job, I didn't receive my full and final settlement even after 90 days. The only good part was that I got my salary on time.

They have no management whatsoever..they don’t pay you.. they maintain non professional hygiene..they don’t have any straight answers to your questions..all they expect you to do is work..

Worst Place to Work

While working at LIDO you will find yourself in a situation where you will be having no work life balance. You will be working for 16hr+. Still you will be criticised for your work. They don't focus on learning, this company is just a hiring firing machine. They don't consider their employees as human beings. According to them employees are Robots it they don't get 100% productivity, they will throw them out of the company. Company’s environment is pathetic.

Company does not have any management and have long working hours. You might sit there for 12-14 hours and it is really stressful. Personally not recommended for any fresher to join this company as they'll make you work like a mule and still not appreciate that. So a Big NO NO !
