Failed. To fullfill the norms. No batches for teacher due to student shortage. You can be fired any moment.lots of deduction .poor increment structure. Maximum deduction in the compensation.power rest in the hand of AM

I enjoyed working at Lido. It's an amazing place to grow with kids. The platform provided to teach was also easy to manage and teach kids. Overall experience is really great. I would highly recommend Lido.

Its good for beginners

Teaching is always fun. I worked there as science tutor. They came up with mininum grade pay of 15,000/- which is a good policy though. Ypu can of course earn more as much as you want by taking more batches & substitutions. Salary differs from tutor to tutor. Though your average salary per hour will be around 300/ hour.

Good for part time if we get through after probation period. Most of them got terminated there without reasons. Overall it's good but takes time to setup completely.

Unprofessional Environment

Coding tutor (Former Employee) - Panipat - November 5, 2020

Once you are in you will be paid 100 for demo class and 190 for regular class. Each Class is of students upto 6 and it gets very hard to handle students of 6 if there is any technichal issue or any one of the student is not literate enough. and getting 190 for handling 6 students for 95 minutes is very less. Coach will be assigned and they will evaluate you for the subject you have never applied for. I mean if you are applying for coding then you will be forced to teach maths, english and etc. The conversion system is not transparent, In demo classes you will be intimated by a mail but there is no track how sales team handled your demo class. So If you find a kid intrested and if you are assuming it as a convertion then there might be the chances that company will tell you that you are at 0%. this might be because with converstion ratio you get paid and comapny is not willing to pay. if you have 64 regular classes a month you will be paid 12000 and investing 7 hours daily to this company is not a good investment.
