The company is run by in-experienced individuals who experiments and runs trial and error and end up learning nothing and making poor decisions. It effects the customers and the employees.

An organization to avoid

Inexperienced management with a talent for misleading their own employees. A signed agreement has no sanctity and you can expect frequent changes to your terms of engagement. No ethics - going back on commitments is very routine. Lack of experience and vision leads to frequent experiments and this trial and error method is very demolarizing for the team.Management does not have the foresight so predict the disastrous impact of thier frequent changes to the work culture. Overburdening staff with more and more tasks.

Pros

Struggling to think of any

Cons

No vision, No respect for customers and staff

Worst work policy and stressful work environment.

I was selected in the company after a telephonic interview, attended post interview presentation and believe me, it was the worst experience attending a presentation. They consumed whole day making us sit in a room and telling us how to fool a parent or in other words how to loot. When it came to work policy it was more depressing, they laid certain set of conditions in order to get paid. You have to onboards at least 5 clients a day in order to earn a half day, minimum 8 clients a day in order to earn a full day. Anything less than 5 to be considered absent for the day.

Pros

There is no pros about this company, i got this frustrated without onboarding this organization.

Cons

Everything

Its good for beginners

Teaching is always fun. I worked there as science tutor. They came up with mininum grade pay of 15,000/- which is a good policy though. Ypu can of course earn more as much as you want by taking more batches & substitutions. Salary differs from tutor to tutor. Though your average salary per hour will be around 300/ hour.

Pros

Time, place and other flexibility

Cons

Salary lower than expected

This company is fraud

It is better to open a tea stall rather than working into this organisation. They will hire you easily but you will come to know the real face of this organisation on day 1 itself . Management is pathetic, once you get into this company you won't be able to leave this organisation easily. They will charge you 10k fine if you leave the company during provision period. This is not the only issue they are going to cut 10k for the training from salary and you are bound to pay that. They will never mention this on their offer letter. You will come to know once you get into this company. Work culture is horrible. The managers and am's don't have ethics to talk to their juniors. Even if you complete your provision period they will terminate you for no reason.

Pros

I will put the cons part here

Cons

Unprofessional management, work culture is horrible, they are never going to pay the you the gross salary even if you complete your target.

Most of the time classes won't be assigned

Good for part time if we get through after probation period. Most of them got terminated there without reasons. Overall it's good but takes time to setup completely.

Worst Place to Work

While working at LIDO you will find yourself in a situation where you will be having no work life balance. You will be working for 16hr+. Still you will be criticised for your work. They don't focus on learning, this company is just a hiring firing machine. They don't consider their employees as human beings. According to them employees are Robots it they don't get 100% productivity, they will throw them out of the company. Company’s environment is pathetic.

Pros

- In this kind of environment you will become stone hearted.

Cons

Collaborative Workplace

My experience so far in this company has been pleasant. The supervisor was understanding and provided guidance for the projects. I have also received appreciation for my work here. The channels of communication with the management and administration are always open, and that is a great advantage in the current remote work scenario.

Stressful and Mismanagement

Company does not have any management and have long working hours. You might sit there for 12-14 hours and it is really stressful. Personally not recommended for any fresher to join this company as they'll make you work like a mule and still not appreciate that. So a Big NO NO !

Pros

Coffee Machine

Cons

Long Hours, Mismanagement, No heirarchy, Stresful

Unprofessional Environment

Once you are in you will be paid 100 for demo class and 190 for regular class. Each Class is of students upto 6 and it gets very hard to handle students of 6 if there is any technichal issue or any one of the student is not literate enough. and getting 190 for handling 6 students for 95 minutes is very less. Coach will be assigned and they will evaluate you for the subject you have never applied for. I mean if you are applying for coding then you will be forced to teach maths, english and etc. The conversion system is not transparent, In demo classes you will be intimated by a mail but there is no track how sales team handled your demo class. So If you find a kid intrested and if you are assuming it as a convertion then there might be the chances that company will tell you that you are at 0%. this might be because with converstion ratio you get paid and comapny is not willing to pay. if you have 64 regular classes a month you will be paid 12000 and investing 7 hours daily to this company is not a good investment.
