As a sales organization supreme because of the agents some staff and of course all officers
The work culture to some extent is satisfactory. But some of the employees still have that ego of peacemeal idea .They beleve that they are only the chosen few in this world to get an entry here.So what little work they do LIC is blessed.It remains in the hands of the officers to complete them.Some remedy has to be found. Others ofcourse work , as they justify their salary .Hence transfer after 3 years, appraisal of their work MUST be done
