Many things to learn and grow
Program Officer Training & Implementation (Former Employee) - Vadodara, Gujarat - December 3, 2022
Indeed featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedI have been working with Lifeline Foundation, Vadodara as Program Officer Training & Implementation since 5 months now. I joined totally as a fresher and I think I have grown as person. Lifeline Foundation, Vadodara is a great place to learn and grow as a person. There is a lot of work pressure and deadlines that you will need to meet. If you are someone who cannot work in pressure better either prepares yourself of it can get difficult at times. But once you surpass this pressure you can grow in any organization you join.
Pros
Many things to learn and grow
Cons
Environment is stressful and too much of work pressure, There is no time limit to work. It can sometimes feel like a 24 hours job too, But working in an EMS sector will never have a time limit, Can hamper Work life balance if you cannot handle it.

One of the worst work place anyone can ever encounter.
HR Executive (Former Employee) - Vadodara, Gujarat - March 7, 2023
Few people are helpful and only for those a person can stay for 1 or 2 month otherwise its a really bad company. Work Treatment and delay in salary and unorganised working system. Even after 7 Months, I am unaware about my TA as well as experience certificate as there is no HR to take care of it.
Cons
everything about it is a con.

Scope of growth professionaly, quite demanding work environment but worth investing if you want to grow as a person.
Program Officer (Current Employee) - Vadodara, Gujarat - December 16, 2022
Lifeline Foundation, Vadodara is where I started my career and I still am associated with the organization growing each and everyday. I heard people say first job is always the most special one and now I know why. It makes you, It teaches you and you will always come out as a little different person than what you have been. There are always new challenges and projects to work on, you are never sitting at one place. If you are someone who loves adventure, travelling, is curious to learn and is always open for new directions of growth Then this the place for you.
Pros
Travelling, Leaves and growth in salary
Cons
Schedule may get hectic and stressful

Growth and Learning
Maintenance Manager (Current Employee) - Gotri, Vadodara - November 21, 2022
Lifeline Foundation is one of the best places to work. I have worked for 19 years. I have worked in various projects. I have learned a lot and developed my skills. I have grown with this organisation. The management is very understanding and transparent. Job stability. Salaries in time. Friendly atmosphere. Top Management is generous, even giving personal advances. Flexible timings. Employee retention is good. Employee engagement is good. Paid for family vacations, get-togethers, overnight trips, vaccination drives, hospital and health care support and many more such perks. Employee turnover is minimum. There are many like me who are working at various levels for nearly 2 decades. Great opportunity to learn new things to learn if employee wants to learn.

Company culture and management is stressful
HR Executive (Former Employee) - Vadodara, Gujarat - November 17, 2022
Company culture and management is stressful. You feel discouraged and lose confidence in yourself with continued micro mangement. Management is not respectful towards their people. Their scope of work is good. What they are doing for society is good but their approach to handle their staff is not good.

Crusader Against Deaths On Highway Due To Road Traffic Accident
Training Manager (Current Employee) - Vadodara, Gujarat - September 4, 2020
At Lifeline, Dr Subroto Das has a very true saying: "Either I will make you or I will break you!" And I can see myself where I am right now.
You will be made to master the tasks well by showing where you need to improve and strengthening your knowledge on different aspects of it. This makes you so good that you can actually help your colleagues or juniors to develop them. The organisation also gives you a platform for this knowledge sharing to happen across levels and across departments, The organisation thereby grooms you so well that you become a team-leader.
Get to learn many things which we are in association with in our routine life but had no idea what they stands for. Systems here made me realise what it is to rise again after I fall!
Training, Lectures, Conferences, Workshops, NGO Fairs & Events, got many things to learn as Organisation manages these most all of these programs internally irrespective if the program is on National Level or at International level. I personally love travelling and since I joined for my work, I have traveled more than 6 states and many cities for official work.
Much impressed during COVID times. Even during WFH, no salary cut / deductions and staff from accounts team putting their life at risk, managed to complete salary deposition for on field staff (drivers, paramedics, ambulance operations team members) as well as for office staff on promised dates.
Higher management Dy CEO Ms Isha Popat, Dr Subroto Das & Mrs Sushmita Das has all to motivate you! They will let you fall, will let you feel the heat but will never leave you -
Pros
Versatile tasks to handle
Cons
Quite long routed permission channels / system. At times, it leads to miscommunication / communication gaps, Amount of work pressure is quite good, obviously it makes you but at times, it breaks you also, No leave from wearing formals on Saturdays / non client visit / non training day, Since major programs are handled internally, it is much stressful during conference
