मुझे हेल्प करने से सकून मिलता है। वेसे लोगों को बहुत परेशानी। होती है। उनकी हेल्प करने से उनका जीवन अच्छा हो जाए इससे अच्छा काम कोई नहीं है। मुझे इस तरह का कार्य मिल जाए तो मेरा जीवन अच्छा हो जाए सकून मिले मुझे जीवन में मनुष्य के काम आ रहा हूं उनका जीवन सुधार ने में।

focus in orphon family , singale parents, needy, aadiwashi student. math english taught. field in rural area many students were come .as parents also came for the night corner meeting . as well as each month corner meeting conducted .

Satisfaying and learnfull work place

The light of life trust is an NGO working for secondary classes students to stop drop out from education. So the organization provides educational materials to needy students who are belongs to poor family, singal parents and orphans which are potential dropouts. Organization works for their personality development,parents' development and educational development. It is really the service of nation to develop new generation.

There is good scope to improve field knowledge

I've been working here for last six years. Light of life trust is an NGO which works to reduce the dropping out rate in secondary school. I'd been joined here in Dec 2010 as an English teacher for 8th, 9th and 10th standards. Then I decided to complete MSW to become a professional social worker. And from 13th of July 2015 I have become a full time social worker. We ( The team ) get trainings every now and then. We always try to find innovative ideas to improve our work.

daily class work with student at rural place. Coordinating with student social worker, office & parents. very friendly & responsible management. case work with students.

work satisfaction is must

worked for a music project which was meant for positive change in cognitive capacities of rural children with the inception of music. 8 music teachers were my team.
