Not paying at all. Sales is required, nothing else, even maids get paid more than us. Atleast respect our education. Salary is inclusive of incentives, we if don't complete targets then incentives are cut and only 70℅ salary is received.

Great organisation with lots of automization and working culture is very good .But there is overload of work so you can not balance your life and you will also If you are in production then your work will end by 11 pm to 12 am at night

Hire and fire as and when they wish

They suddenly out of the blue make 5 day workshift to 6days working. They also have the audacity to say that they won't be compensating or giving our righteous pay of the 6th day working Instead tell us that be grateful you guys have a job atleast. Least expected from a growing company like this where they treat employees like garbage. Talking about increments, that can be a joke.

The company follows a flat management structure wherein little importance is given to hierarchy. If you enjoy such freeflow of ideas, then Livspace is for you.

Supportive environment

I had the best experience with Livspace! The management is very fair when it comes to customer complaints. They paid us competitive salaries well, and every 6 months we got an appraisal based on performance. The work hours are flexible; as long as we met our daily targets, we were free to login and log out flexibly. The work culture of the company is stress-free. They would organise team-building activities every week; we had the most fun on those days!

Unfortunately, I had to leave because I wanted to switch departments and Livspace did not have any openings then.

Good company to work
