No Job Security, HR Head Misbehaves with everyone and they even harm people physically

This University is totally full of goons. They are forcing people to give resign or else they are beaten by security guards to give resign.Its very dangerous to work here. Many people have heart related problems here because of toxic work culture.

Wrong place for teachers

This is not a good place to grow in academics. The employees are treated like laborers and always feel low. The HR policies are totally against the employee. You will be exhausted within a semester and will try to leave at any cost.

lot of deducton in th salary,they do not pay fair amount ,initially they say they will give this much of salary but after u join once no body listen there i was offered salary different in interview but was getting less salary and in thhe there was a lot of deduction

Un-necessary management of employees

They believe in managing their employees through all of their HR as well as academic systems. But in all this they suffocate their professors without their intension to do so. However, the highest level of management is very much worried about their sincere and loyal employees.

Stressful work space

Don't take this as a permanent solution for life. If you are joining as a faculty then don't expect any kind of respect from management. The students are good. They do respect the teachers. But the human resource division is really awful.

Good paying teaching job but work pressure is more. Might have to work on weekends as well. Have to complete total no of lectures as per the policy and if have to be on leave then have to take extra class to make up for it

Overall Environment is good, But lots of things need to get balanced. Firstly, The most annoying thing was to wear Formals! Quite annoying thing as being an artist you shall never be in some kind of Boundary line & Our Team leader was polite but always use to warn me when i didn’t wear formals. - When i came to learn in foreign school to be a student again, first and foremost thing Their staff told us - “We don’t wear Formal suits cuz we’re not belonging to LAW department or something.” I realized that here the people are earning previous Monthly salary of mine in two days & are so open minded. ( day my believe came true that people there were orthodox & were not willing to learn or change )- making students sit roll-number wise was quite a funny thing, They’re not prisoners, They’re the future of tomorrow’s World. They deserve some knowledge & motivation without a single burden on their mind. But i stood for them & they did what they wanted in my class & I’ve got better results than my expectations !- They Cut My salary even if i was 5 minutes late, than the starting time of university, But my classes were late & i have to be there for nothing. But there were days i stayed late even after closing of university to help some students for extra help. ( no one noted or appreciated , But i was not for the appreciation But rather helping students ) I was pointed for something like wearing jeans, but was never appreciated for results and my efforts. - overall i was happy because some of my students gained lot of self confidence that they gained some better skills than -
