Supply chain

People from the " Target company " get better opportunities since all the leaders are from the target company in the supply chain .they get a promotion whenever they want if NON target asks for promotion all the company policies come in the picture and people leaving are also Non target company almost 95%..

Overall company is really good like other team's

Contract employees were treated very badly and they were did not given a choice of getting to convert on rolls, and they were treated very badly.

Contracts need to given a chance to move internally for other projects, and contracts don’t have the job security, or treated respectfully. Lowe’s doesn’t have any job security.They had very bad policy of contract employees and it’s not the right place to work for contractors.Plz don’t join as contractors. It’s very bad and they we’re not given chance to grow

Decent place to work

Rare late night meetings and strict agile based culture. Perks and benefits are standard. Still on on-prem and not the latest technology used . On Call is bad

Not supportive of invisible disabilities.

I Have hearing loss and hyperacusis. Worked outside for the summer and there was an awful loud whine from a nearby construction site that physically hurt and i wasn’t allowed to wear ear plugs or ear muffs, i ended up bringing my own ear plugs and wearing them anyways. Then once I was moved inside for the fall/winter to work, the floor cleaner was used often and it’s noise hurt just as much. Still was not technically allowed to wear earplugs, not that they did much to help, so i had to escape to the break room often.

Political hub. Spineless leadership. No support from US counterparts. Bad culture. Nothing to learn. Food is bad. Facilities are eyewash. Too much favouritism.

Requires more decisions to be taken by the India team not always depend on the us team. Good food great cafeteria and cultural activities which is a stress buster

The busier the better

I learned a lot about other departments.They care if your having problems. Great open door policy. They care about their customers. They are great people to work for.
