Good company with better work lofe balance. salary is always on time and enough leaves are provided. Internal ticketing system need much improvement as they take too much time for small small things.

Enjoyed working here, good work life balance, team collaboration and management. Worked on different tools and technology in the same project so got to learn a lot about end to end working of a product/application.

1.Good work culture and can maitain work life balance.2. Has swipe in and swipe out to track attendance.3. Lot of micro management and there is a software running on you laptop to track how many ours an employee is engaged with it. And the productivity is calculated based on how much time you are logged in the system.

First of all congratulations. Yes joining LTI was one of the best decisions of my life. It is absolutely a great place to start your career. The pace at which it is growing right now is phenomenal.So, you may be called up in batches that depends on how HR segregates based on various factors. They may put in for a specific or generic training depending on the projects in pipeline. Also the training location could be Chennai or Mumbai. Currently LTI has only 2 training centers

Average company,Lile other services based company this is also provides 22 days leave a year. Yearly appresal cycle which is not fair. Not recommended for long term.
