Work life balance depend on project, maneger s and account. Some accounts are really cool. There is no pick up only drop facility when in shift. No proper management.

Productive work culture good for freshers , management is not that good , Verious type of POCs and RFPs , Minimal salary hike after working more than 3 years

job safety work life balancegood clients mostly , not all though but can easily switch if you don't like manger is mostly supportive and get onsite however will take lots of time for that process.Admin and HR never respond you.
