Avoid Joining this Company

1. The company is good in creating politicians2. Managers and Supervisors encourages favoritism.3. Worst Workplace4. Management and HR will make employees fool at times of rating5. Hire and Fire Policy6. There is no job security from 2019 after change in management. They can fire you within 1 day after you join the company.7. Variable Pay is a myth , you won't get it.8. Don't Expect hike within first 3 years. After that hike starts from 2%.Overall try avoiding this company for career sake.
