It's really nice to work in Lumina if you want to maintain your work/life balance. Company policies' sometimes help and sometime not. Excluding salary/benefits it is one of the best companies in this industry.
New things to learn, too much stress and pressure, target not practical, too much unnecessary correspondence and the most important thing is there is no job security.
Staff coordination is superb.
Environment is superb for working
Nature wise each and everyone is ready to help.
Working in the company was great.
But the main issue was the package that they provide.....coz there no growth seen anywhere....
provide opportunities to enhance professional skills by offering friendly working environment and platforms. Also involves in extra activities
Lot of politics and no job security.
However for fresher you get get to learn a lot through good training sessions. I began my career from this company and if you are hard working then it's a good company for you to start your career.
