It's really nice to work in Lumina if you want to maintain your work/life balance. Company policies' sometimes help and sometime not. Excluding salary/benefits it is one of the best companies in this industry.

This is cheap place to survive. People come for money to run family and survive. All are in a race how to cheat others for a smaller benefits. No point of giving feedback.

Lot of politics and no job security

Lot of politics and no job security. However for fresher you get get to learn a lot through good training sessions. I began my career from this company and if you are hard working then it's a good company for you to start your career.
