Enjoyed the work there over a period of 6 months... Good environment to learn as a fresher. Nice helping Team Leads and Managers. HR s are also in the same way easily approachable....

I am Fully Satisfied, Management very Excellent co-ordination. Workplace is also comfortable for working. The most enjoyable part of this job is really good.
The workplace is very worst. The management treats employees as slaves. They won't give leave even during natural calamitites. HR won't give proper response after you start working there. They make you feel you are good for nothing.

Good Mind Set to Work this Company But Poor Salary Increment Process unsatsfied. But Good Company Job works and Training are Good. Friendly mingle with Employees.
The company policy is to good. And manager, team leader are very helpful person.
Shift timing is good. Salary get to on time. Lot of people are doing good work for this company.
good and balance work culture, good environment, helpful staff. canteen are often open during late evening so nothing to worry about late dinner when you planned for late home. But it once in a blue moon.

New things to learn, too much stress and pressure, target not practical, too much unnecessary correspondence and the most important thing is there is no job security.
There are different processes running within the company. So it depends on which process you are hired for. Unfortunately, most of their processes get shut down unusually, unexpectedly suddenly leaving you jobless with a panic situation. Morever, you will be asked to resign yourself so that it would look like you yourself have left the companywhich literally is not true.Infact, you are thrown out of the company making you realize that you are not performing...It's really something that can lead to a depression and anxiety or may be an attack.yo
It's really nice to work in Lumina if you want to maintain your work/life balance. Company policies' sometimes help and sometime not. Excluding salary/benefits it is one of the best companies in this industry.
Lumina is one of the leading publishing company but no give increment and stressful work.
They told work extended but don’t give OT.
They don’t response employees.
