Great place to start for freshers to learn and grow

I had joined here 1 year before as a fresher in the automotive domain. The training and support I have received from the management and seniors is appreciable. I was completely new to the field and now I am confident to say that I can do it. They won't allow us to sit idle instead we can learn as many topics as we are interested even when we are allocated to one team.

Good place to work

Right from the interview process, I felt positive at Luxoft. Interview was a bit different from usual interviews, the interviewer concentrated on my problem solving skills, it was rather a discussion than an "interrogation".The recruiters and HRs are very well behaved, they are always there to answer our queries. The internal training is also very good, they have dedicated trainers.No forced work from office from Luxoft side unless the client wants us to do so.Overall I had a good experience here till now.
