1. Sourcing is done either through internal referral or through job portals hence keep your resume always updated.
2. Once shortlisted for Interview (role for Manager and above), there will be 2-3 rounds of Telephonic Interview before they call for Face to face Interview .
3. Once called for Face to Face Interview one has to clear LI & PI test. If once fails the candidate will never be able to appear for the interview.
4. Once the Face to Face interview happens with all stake holder, if selected will receive offer letter. The whole hiring process might take a month's time.

Its completely online process at the initial stage then will be one on one with hiring manager and then upper levels and HR. Very transparent process and team of assessors is very helpful and do co-operate well. Its takes averagely 2 months at least or more , depends on circumstances. First candidate have to qualify through the couple of online test then the eligible candidates will be called for interview.
He has go through basic question formalities. He/she has to go for 2 other round. Once u got hired normal formalities.
