Nice people and place to work with and also can be proud to work with the market leaders and covering global supply chain. Through Maersk we can learn how important that maintaining the relationship with customers. Maersk enable us to expand our knowledge through trainings and development.

Overall a good experience, worked with multiple departments handled multiple tasks. Learned a lot in & around business requirements. Got to collaborate with different teams to ensure quality customer service delivered
Maerskline provides good safe and healthy environment to work.It also provides healthy accomodation to live and Take care of their employees in regular intervals .
In my opinion it's an Excellent work place with best environment, feel free to work, Team members and managers are very co-operative and helpful nature, Stress free and fun in work and most important salary on time.

Company is great, but with the India management and HR changing in every 2-5 years, u come across a lot of unprofessional people. They try to get their own people from their Ex company from a different industry with higher salaries than the experienced employees. Many a times HR forgets their role and becomes Harassing Resource team.People quit because of managmentmanagement

Such a bad place to work just works a govt employee senior ppl can go fast - lot of politics not encouraging ppl no proper hike they have stupid norms no career growth opportunity but thy do all build up in interview as if thy are like very professional but nothng works - company making lazy by putting food for nite shft ppl even transport guys has no respect for employees

Management are very supportive.
Appraisal 5 out of 3 its depend upon performance
Automation implementation is best however management is not that worthy as per the proccess requirement.

Group discussions for meetings are always one sided like only managers talks on what is decided, no opinions considerd.
Work environment is healthy. Worlife balance is very well managed

If it was not for relocation, I would have retired at Maersk. I enjoyed working with Maersk Procurement and the team I worked with. I got an opportunity to learn while I was working. Maersk had a flexible work culture.

Maersk was a god company to start your career with, as i got opportunity to work with key clients over there but, however there was less scope of growth.
