Worst company to work

So much of politics. The management shows hooliganism. No professionalism, No process followed. No documentation, So much factionalism. No documentation. Look like a small company that does not follow any process

Very big company

Maersk is the biggest container company out there and has a huge fleet of ships. they are one of the pioneers in adapting new technology and working on ways to improve the environment. the work experience so far has been great and very professional. would recommend any one coming into the shipping industry to join this company.

Pros

round the year wages. permanent employment. good standard of living.

Cons

different contracts for different nationalities, same rank has variation on pay and leave earned. no alcohol policy.
