Average place to wok with consistent changes in management policy. Top management keeps changing their priorities and only thing is constant i.e. change. Group policies are not defined and changes as per changes in Management.

I was working with Maersk procurement as a Manager Data Analytics in Knowledge center It gave an awesome learning experience to me over past 13 months. From Team management, to business development, project management and client relationship management it gave me an overall experience which helped me utilize my skills and experience for growth of the organisation
Work life balance, good management, supportive culture
Bit bureaucratic with decision making
Adjusted claims from recovery agents to lawyers to key clients and direct customers globally. Had pre-set authority levels in order to ensure early resolution of claims. Thus Maersk empowered its staff and made them responsible for the decisions taken. On the other hand claims pay-out ratio was constantly monitored and kept under control.
A good low politics , high on values organization which is very performance centric. A 110 years old organization that thrives on its market leader status. Provides world-class services to its clients & takes good care of its employees.
Apolitical worldclass enviroment
None really, just that shipping narrows down org change opportunities
Employee treatment is not on par with HQ, though people work for HQ. Enterpreneurial skills are tested and given opportunity to prove but the lip service guys take it all.
work life balance
focus on ppt's rather on actual project, a time waster.
