Each individual has target and if they completed they can be relax in play area, pantry etc. and every 6month employees has outing on company expense.
Pros
Free Transport and Meal Card
Somewhat good experience while working at Maersk. No Devlopment of new ideas. Long extended shifts no overtime paid lots of mismatch is salary slip and actual salary.
Basic office structure, no fun only work. Okay for starters but not okay for long term. Management was not so good, lots of politics and favoritism prevailance.
Working at this Company is like Bank of knowledge learn a lot of new things.
Invoice processing (3Way Match), Reporting , Handling Kewill System PO , Resoultions, FTHR CalculationETC.
