What is the best part of working at the company?Policy and team work. It's an international NGO working for privileged people. Train them and providing jobs is the motto of the livelihood programme.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?To meet the target with challenges. It's not too ease but experiencing new things is good which later on effective with you always.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Excellent 👌 and I would say the best ever I worked.What is a typical day like for you at the company?I am happy to get Saturday and Sunday official leave 😀. So no stress on weekend.

Bad working condition ,no project management,boss knowledge about project is "0",no toilet & canteen facility .If you want a waste your time ,work here in Magic bus organisation. Bad politics and boss employee relationship,Fake HR Policies . They had recruiting the employee for only 6 months time period 6 months time period & told us it's a permenent job .

Actually before it was good now it's not at all good because it's not service oriented it's marketing oriented now they are doing fake promises and torturing trainers here the trainers are the scape goat lot of struggle here.It's not at a best place to work fakeness overloadedDon't join here as a trainer.
