I am working as implementation engineer (technical support). For learning purpose it’s good .company.All employees include manager are very helpful. HR policy also good.
It is being a good experience to work in Magnaquest. Higher authorities are professionals in their respective areas, always available for guidance and always encouraging. I learnt to manage customers across time zones, spread into difference cultural and requirement backgrounds.
Good working environment
Pay packages are lower as per industry standards
Good work-life balance, but the salaries a delayed more than 5 - 6 months. The project is not upgraded frequently to meet market requirements. Though , the management is very experienced, they tend to take ad hoc decision.
Pros: On work side we can learn lot . Time Feasibility. Good Support from the Managers. Good team work and very co-ordinated. Cons: Bad Management. Late salaries and less hikes

I complete the tasks that were pending in the previous day and try to complete the tasks that were assigned today. Most enjoyable part of the job is working in team.
