My Job is very nice, due to some personal issue i left that Job, discipline about timings of the office is very much mandarory and i could enjoyed it. there was was salary high was nice, and i loved that job very much.

working with production sever. i have learned from senior workers how to debug the problems in site. is is very difficult to work at low a.c degree temperature. but it is good and and had enjoyable part of job.

Good to Learn More and improve our Technical Knowledge

A typical day at work will be more interesting I have Learned about Many devices,how to service it , Management is so Liberal to the workers. Our Co-Workers are very good to work The hardest Part of the Job is getting Leave from Manager. 24/7 Support is the Enjoyable Part of the job.

Low salary, fixed salary & claim.No phone allavance.We are guid by NCR engineers they are assigning the job to us .so most of the time work load will be double but no special benefit.

I have learnt daily dashboard, and team management ensure that Case should be done on time Review operations and confer with technical staff to resolve production problems Vendor Management Handling Escalation from Customers and updating. Monitoring the process (AMC and Warranty Issues, update about pending calls) Motivating the team to achieve targets Handling con call and doing follow up good relationship and co-support with management team as well as team members
