What is the best part of working at the company?They won't give you salary on time and even they will also not file TDS What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Teaching is never stressful for a teacher but they will fire you anytime when they will get new staff who works for less money. No job security.Also will not do your FNF and reply to mail, message and calls once you leave the organisation.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Good environment in classroom.

Horrible experience

I feel nobody should even think of joining Mahesh Tutorials. No management, No HR policies, no leaves. Horrible behaviour, no job security. I resigned on the spot due to the worst environment

Worst experience ever.

No timely payments. Payments are delayed by months. No increments given. False promises which are hardly met. No additional benefits provided. Overall experience very poor. Would'nt recommend.

Extremely poor management..worst ethics...treatment of teachers is unprofessional and prejudiced. Late working hours. Can allot lectures any where ..you cannot question. The academic head, area head, centre head of mumbai western zone are all manipulative , disrespectful and biased. Secure your mental sanity by not joining.

Its pathetic place to work in.during hiring the commitments that they use to do are 60% fake .colleague at some centres are not even respected.place is somewhere fit for freshers but if you have some liabilities its difficult to manage .taking off is sometimes that you have committedsome crime
