What is the best part of working at the company?In the Enjine Assembly I have good experience at the crack shft bot torquing machine. 129nm torque. Cam shaft& Idker gear assemble. Stater motor assemble. Intake manifold assemble. Flywheel assemble etc. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Nothing is stressful. In Engine assembly I have more knowledge of machine. I know about fitment and bolt pre- fighting & torquing, gear timing setup, valve clearance adjustment etc. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Every employees should have skill and knowledge. If any imployee lack of skill than Supervisor should be provided the training. Than improve the quality of product. Supervisor main work is Yeild Improvement. What is a typical day like for you at the company?The day of Company Audit is very typical for me. Floor area & machine area should be clean& 5S maintain. All machine set according to time cycle and employees should be very skill & work according to time cycle and production plan.

Yes true that mahindra has lots to learn from its true competitors on how to nurture a work and stay environment,No futuristic product development, A USA model is a pipe dream since 2005,In 3w they happily play as 2nd fiddle to bajaj and othersIn 2w no one knows themIn 4w quadricycles they are doing that since 2012...In the name of some external consulting every year 100's of employees are removed from jobs shameless ppl will not even let the country know about this

If anyone can devote 16hrs every day for mahindra then all is good

Those with 9 hr agenda will be asked to leave sooner or later
