The organization has a flat structure and believes in open door policy , A typical day at work is full of pleasant surprises which keeps one always on toes thereby making your learning curve go up exponentially. The management is very supportive of new ideas and its implementation. They believe in employees learning from failures strengthening the culture which does not believe in micromanagement The hardest part of my job is the extensive geographical spread out of stakeholders but this definitely adds to the enjoyment part as well. I love travelling and my work makes me live my passion and thereby providing me immense learning opportunity in terms of stakeholder management which is essential fro an HR Business Partner role . It has also increased the business understanding thereby increasing the financial acumen,
The day starts with chatting or taking calls of clients and satisfying them completely. I learned the basic way of handling the clients and how to deal with them in the best possible manner. A very good environment to work in. Co-workers are extremely helpful. well, the hardest part is you get bored of the same routine every day. But, again they have so many sports activities and amazing cafeteria to complete your day happily without getting bored.
