7 years of experience in production in the automotive industry, on one of the most advanced fully automatic press lines in the world. Successfully executed productivity enhancement and cost saving projects, while leading a team of 25 people. Also did projects to digitize manufacturing processes & have worked in sales for 3 months. Key responsibilities were to plan production, cater to internal customer requirements, conduct supplier audits & budget, procure automation tooling spares.
Very fast paced work, requires multi tasking on every day basis.A lot of traveling is required especially in sales profile. Work life balance is stressed. Management is good and has a clear direction. High pressure with respect to achievement of targets.
A typical day involves meetings with suppliers, report preparation and presentations for top management. Multitasking effectively while juggling multiple roles is a challenging task but also an opportunity to learn. It is a very informal environment and people irrespective of their designation can be easily approached. Hardest part is the constant travel to different parts of the country to visit supplier partners.

Officially working hours are less, but management ask more
Growth reward and recognisation for was not validate to my career. Financial growth is lacking in company point of view although I had appointed 9 dealers all are star performer these days. So hard luck for me.
Typical day at mahindra starts at 9am and ends at 6pm. As I am in supply chain function there is always fire fighting like situation as soon as we enters office. Vendor management is good but vendor response is poor.
Only 12 kms from my home hence approachable easily
Unsystematic working. Vendors leverage more than ours
The organization has a flat structure and believes in open door policy , A typical day at work is full of pleasant surprises which keeps one always on toes thereby making your learning curve go up exponentially. The management is very supportive of new ideas and its implementation. They believe in employees learning from failures strengthening the culture which does not believe in micromanagement The hardest part of my job is the extensive geographical spread out of stakeholders but this definitely adds to the enjoyment part as well. I love travelling and my work makes me live my passion and thereby providing me immense learning opportunity in terms of stakeholder management which is essential fro an HR Business Partner role . It has also increased the business understanding thereby increasing the financial acumen,
