Hectic and absolutely no growth

Hectic job, they are always out of staffs. No fair appraisals. management is extremely biased. only perk is the health care benefits. they pay the least salary as compared to other hospitals.

Over all according to work salary is less and some facilities should provide to technician.

I have 4 years of experience then also manipal management gave me junior technician post, no salary growth and am disappointed 😞 with this management... There is no value of technician. All the facility they provide to staff nurse . Like 6hrs duty for nurses and for technician 8 hrs duty . Salary growth is more than then technician staff nurse salary freshers 20k + or technician freshers 17k in dialysis department. That's not fare Team leader don't take any responsibility only junior staff has to suffer.
