In Manipal hospitals I worked in Medical-Surgical and Oncology Department for 2years and 2 months . I had a great experience through out my work in manipal. Hospital management and staffs were very supportive. Moreover I received blessings from my elderly patient for providing empathetic care . That is an unforgettable moment in my life and also the achievement I received .

It is a good hospital, however, salary to nurses are not reasonable. Otherwise, job culture and security is good.It is nabh accredited and provide quality care.

I use to handle 7 to 10 patients daily ,but one day my colleague kept leave suddenly at that time it is difficult for me to handle 25 patients at a tme but some how I managed very well, my nursing incharge appraised me for my efficiency of handling the patients.During working hours my co-workers are so cooperative.My hardest part of the job is doing 2 shifts at a time,I use to enjoy when we use to have kiddy parties

I have worked 8 hours in 6 days of a week. I have learned a lot from my hospital. Management and co workers are very co-operative. The hardest part of the job is working under fluoroscopy, However I`m enjoying my duty.
