Now a days Mankind pharma became a politics base company.Management doesn't believe in performance,that they believe whatever the managers tell.completely buttering.

Great company, works on the basics, with right market survey for right DOCTORS, strong folloup by teams. Aggressive promotion to core DOCTORS, rsm take monthly review meeting. Comes Promotional materials on time , managers having courrage to deal all kinf of customers. Always moto to develop sales and people's both for in future promotions from his own company. And rest sll parameters aptly timely for increase the business.

i had work 7 year in Mankind Pharma. i have learn so many thing from Mankind. Company management is good but down line manager has playing game with his down line MR, there are giving lot of sale pressure even they are asking what you have done on Sunday also.
I had make a big mistakes, by leave company like mankind, it's a great company, with great employer, having a great working culture and family culture ,

All about nice n good.Work culture very good n well professionally designed by company higher authority's.Company paying well n timely also help if you are in crisis phase.
