Generally employee don't leave company they leave bosses. Company is great. we can retire form it if you can manage your boss properly (some times). Gifts and engagement activity is incomparable.

It's a good company with no such pressure on Target as if you work the sales will automatically increase depends on how you work that's it.Timings are flexible it's up to you because you have to complete atleast 12 calls a day.

Comparing to other companies here sales pressure will be high. They wont think about employee benefits. Poor work life balance and poor management.After your resignation you wont get last month allowances or benefits.

Battleship is much better than Spoon ship. If a company adopted employees instead of awareness of their internal views about work function and the adoption is also regardless of Education Qualification. Like a dual type of elephant Teeth, Company donated PM funds, corona more than 100 Crs., but what about the Man powers of their supply chain and logistics there was no any increment from last three years, All the Manpower is in Five years financial lose. The Manpower, which built actual foundation of company, The actual pillars of company and their sacrifice is value less because only for to mange, prepared difference between a ground and peak of sucess, a difference between hunger and bread.None of any industry donated a single lakh to their forgotten pillars, never appreciated their children for out standing performance at school.Meerut is look like a black spot for company owners, Reason??Manpower ratio decreasing day by day.
