Top 5 pharma compaby. Good infrastructure and automatic machinea to learn from. Dont expect much salary hike and it is a school for 12 hrs daily. Ready to face challanges everyday and forget leaves on working day.

Good for biggners, as the company tag matters.

Cons

You will come in dark and will go home in dark.. 12 hrs work culture. Less staff more work.

Mankind Pharma unit-II manufacturing starting from March-2012 after my joining and i setup all area of quality control department, i was the single assistant manager with overall activity excluding Packing material and manpower was only 4-fresher and 1-chemist having 1 year of experience anyone can think the condition, but i trained them all for instruments and chemical analysis for the Tablets, Capsules, Soft Gel Capsules, liquid Syrup and Dry Syrup, aw materials etc. Audit Faced: WHO, Uganda, Ethiopia and kenya
