It's a good company with no such pressure on Target as if you work the sales will automatically increase depends on how you work that's it.Timings are flexible it's up to you because you have to complete atleast 12 calls a day.

Stressful Place to worl

Comparing to other companies here sales pressure will be high. They wont think about employee benefits. Poor work life balance and poor management.After your resignation you wont get last month allowances or benefits.

i had work 7 year in Mankind Pharma. i have learn so many thing from Mankind. Company management is good but down line manager has playing game with his down line MR, there are giving lot of sale pressure even they are asking what you have done on Sunday also.
