It's a good company with no such pressure on Target as if you work the sales will automatically increase depends on how you work that's it.Timings are flexible it's up to you because you have to complete atleast 12 calls a day.

Comparing to other companies here sales pressure will be high. They wont think about employee benefits. Poor work life balance and poor management.After your resignation you wont get last month allowances or benefits.

Good company culture and good salary everything is good... But job is not secured... So, i have resigned my job.. Otherwise Mankind Pharma its good pharma company.. Doctors was like Makind products.
