Join the company if you don't have any life apart from your work and you love very fast paced work where you need to learn, build, and deliver things at EOD 5 times a week.

Project Managers are very strict in providing the outcome to the clients.

A typical day at MAQ software starts at 9 AM with the usual call and team huddle. Work is usually allocated each day and has to be done by EOD; and you are required to send a status mail on your work advancements before you leave so that the on-site has a clear understanding of where the work is at.
The company gives you the opportunity to get 2 raises each year, i.e. two PA cycles each year.
The work-force is mostly aged between 22 to 28; oldest I saw there was 40'ish something, and he was apparently the director for the Hyderabad Office.
Apart from work, the people at the company are really friendly. The Table tennis area is always full and just like work, the competition there is on the edge. Company also has Xbox with kinect to have some light headed fun time.
What more, free coffee, fruits, salads. I think the company really gives a good platform for you to grow as quickly as possible.
You are given a lot on your plate probably right of the bat which is scary to begin with but you do get used to it and that is where you start to grow on an exponential scale.
Pros
Free fruits, salads and coffee; Table tennis, chess, Xbox with Kinect
Cons
long work hours
Good for the freshers, working on new technologies, Salary benefits, two PA per year, no transport facility, hard to manage work/life balance, long working hours
Came across many new experiences like tech field and the way people over there and learnt working together in a group.
Learnt how to manage studies, job (i.e) balancing life.
How to interact with managers and team mates.
How to take requirements from client and grab all what we need.
Learning new technologies on own.
Too much stress and highly imbalanced work life culture. No activities. Very depressing environment and management plays a lot of Politics on employees. I would surely not recommend it to a friend.
Pros
Good compensation
Cons
Destroyed work-life balance, very stressful environment
Organization focuses on continuous learning and is a good place for freshers to start out. I worked with the consulting division and had frequent interaction with the CEO who is always imparting knowledge and encouraging employees to constantly upgrade their skills.
Best Place to start Your Career
Lot of learning in short time
If you do great work, you can go onsite
Lot of responsibilities
Focus on learning and growth
Sometime long working hours
Pros

Cons
Long hours, keep updating yourself
